Cooking Class and Shopping at Ortigia Market and lunch

You will meet the chef in his restaurant who will give you a small briefing on the progress of the day. You will begin the experience with the choice of raw materials at the Ortigia market, the chef will guide you to discover the best products. You will continue with a short tasting of typical products and wine, immediately afterwards you will return to the restaurant and you will begin the cooking course which will include the elaboration of three courses typical of Sicilian cuisine, a first course, a second course and a salad. At the end you will taste your dishes accompanied by an excellent wine.
